The Company
GATE Software Systems, LLC was founded in November 2006. The primary goal of the company is to provide quality custom solutions that meet the requirements of its customers at competitive prices. The company's services include custom software development, custom built computer systems, web site development, and computer hardware/software services.

The Partners
Andrew Metzger is one of the founding partners of the company. He was born in Statesboro, GA and grew up in the small town of Egypt, GA in Effingham County on his family's farm; he now lives in Statesboro with his wife Kim. He has been creating custom software since the late 90's and has been involved in many projects including an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, a contractor management system for Fort Stewart, and a computer controlled small engine dynomometer. Over the years he has obtained a great deal of professional and personal experience dealing with computer hardware and software systems. He is currently a senior at Georgia Southern University pursuing his bachelor of science in computer science in his spair time. Mr. Metzger is currently the technical head of the company and the lead programmer on most projects.

Terrell Lewis was born and raised in Statesboro and Bulloch County. He graduated from Southeast Bulloch High School in 2001 and is an Eagle Scout from Troop 332 of First Methodist Church. Terrell is not currently enrolled at Georgia Southern University, though he plans to return in the immediate future when time permits and finish his Information Technology degree. Mr. Lewis has a great deal of experience in the technology field both from the actual pulling of network cables for Network Systems, Inc. to doing some base level PLC machine coding at the Georgia Pacific Savannah River Mill. He is a founding partner of GATE Software Systems and enjoys troubleshooting and tinkering with computers.
